Dr. Rodrigo Basco is a distinguished scholar in the field of family business studies, currently serving as a Professor at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) in the United Arab Emirates, where he holds the Sheikh Saoud bin Khalid bin Khalid Al-Qassimi Chair in Family Business. He also serves as the Board Chairman of the STEP Project Global Consortium, an international research initiative focusing on family business practices and entrepreneurship. Join us as he discusses his experiences working with diverse communities across the globe!
